Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is seeking field technicians to locate underground utilities across customers' sites. You will work independently in the field with a company vehicle, performing precise locate work and documenting findings.

No prior locating experience is required, but safety-conscious, problem-solving individuals with a valid driver's license can grow through our comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and maps/imaging references.
• Able to pass a drug screen and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities in designated areas and mark locations accurately.
• Complete necessary documentation and photograph each locate.
• Work 48-hour turnaround on many locates and be available for overtime/weekends.
