Job summary

USIC is seeking motivated field technicians to locate underground utilities across designated areas. This full-time role involves independent work with a company vehicle, requiring comfort outdoors, strong safety awareness, and the ability to read locate tickets and maps.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must pass a drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to read, understand locate tickets and maps
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver in confined spaces

• Mark locations and complete required documentation and photos of each locate
