Your Employment Solutions in Lindon, UT is hiring a Truss Builder for a swing shift (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will build residential roof and floor trusses, lift heavy lumber, and maintain safety and quality standards. Weekly pay of $19.50/hour accompanies reliable hours and outdoor yard work.

Ideal candidates bring physical strength, a framing hammer, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior truss or framing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Personal framing hammer (28-32 oz)
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and move continuously through a 10.5-hour shift
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Build residential roof and floor trusses using hand tools and pneumatic equipment
• Stack and band finished trusses for shipment in the outdoor yard area
• Pull and move lumber and materials throughout the facility as needed
• Lift and position lumber pieces weighing 100+ pounds regularly
• Work with construction lumber, metal connector plates, and fastening systems
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols throughout production
• Collaborate with your crew to hit daily production goals
• Perform general yard duties including material handling and organization
