84 Lumber Company is seeking an entry-level truss builder to assemble roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial construction. You will read blueprints, measure materials, and use hand and power tools to ensure accurate fits according to specifications.

First shift opportunities with predictable hours. No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided, and benefits begin after 60 days: health, vision, dental, term-life, 401(k) with company match, and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read simple instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand long hours.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber.
• Read and interpret blueprints or work orders.
• Operate saws, nail guns, and other hand/power tools safely.
• Ensure trusses meet quality standards and dimensions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean area.
