City of Spokane's Outdoor Recreation program seeks fun and friendly people to lead group adventures on our local trails and public lands. Trip Leaders conduct programs on-site, interact with the public, and work with another staff member or volunteer to guide activities for youth, teens, adults and families.

Responsibilities include driving participants in 15-passenger vehicles, facilitating on-site outdoor activities, and ensuring safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and long shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead group adventures on local trails and public lands.
• Conduct programs on-site and interact with the public while representing the city.
• Coordinate activities with a co-guide or volunteer.
• Provide safe, engaging experiences for youth, teens, adults, and families.
• Drive participants to activities in 15-passenger vehicles.
