Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring for entry-level and skilled trimmers and climbers. On-the-job training is provided to help you build a career in the line clearance industry.

If you enjoy the outdoors, this role is designed for you and offers a path to growth within a busy field crew. We are seeking bold individuals who can work in all weather conditions to trim, top, and reshape trees to maintain clearance for powerlines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and feeds it into a woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives and operates trucks when assigned.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and safe.
