Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring entry-level and skilled Trimmers and Climbers for a nationwide utility contractor role. On-the-job training is provided, and the position offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

You will trim and remove trees to clear powerlines, operate climbing gear and saws, and help maintain safety on outdoor work sites. Candidates should be able to work long hours and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees by climbing with ladders, safety gear, or from ground using saws and pruners.
• Operates and services tools and equipment used in tree trimming and removal.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners and coordinates with customers.
• Maintains safety and good relations with customers and the public.

Education
