Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking entry-level and skilled Trimmers and Climbers to join our outdoor crews. On-the-job training is provided, offering a solid start in the line clearance industry for those who enjoy outdoor work in all weather.

The team trims, tops, and reshapes trees to clear powerlines, operates and maintains equipment, and supports safe operations on job sites. This full-time, non-exempt role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area.
