Job summary

NEBCO, Inc. seeks a traffic control/utility support candidate to set up and maintain barricades and related safety equipment in outdoor construction environments. The role may involve striping tasks based on department priorities and requires a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Starting wage is $22.50/hr. The position is primarily outside with exposure to weather, and a strong emphasis on safety and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in traffic control or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely loads and unloads Traffic Control Equipment.
• Sets up traffic control devices to guide traffic safely.
• Operates company vehicles as needed.
• Reads Traffic Control plans, maps and records.
• Maintains safety standards and reports issues.
