Site Barricades, an AWP Safety company, is hiring for a Barricade Setter / Traffic Control Flagger in the United States. The role is full-time with hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $16.75, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Work is outdoors in varying traffic conditions, demanding vigilance and teamwork to maintain safe work zones. You will set up zones, coordinate with your partner, manage traffic with stop/slow paddles, and support field supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand 8–12 hours.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Communicating with partner to keep everyone safe.
• Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing outstanding service and protection to customers.
• Assists field Supervisors in job setups and pick-ups.
• Able to follow instructions and turn directions from Supervisor.
