Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with the community, represent our telecom services, and drive growth in high-speed data and communication solutions.

You will spend most time outdoors visiting leads, perform needs analyses, present proposals, and meet monthly targets while enjoying benefits including base salary plus incentives and access to Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel door to door to local communities.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
