Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Must have at least two years' of driving experience with no major infractions in the previous three years.
• Two years of construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction tasks such as rope pulling, ladder use, cable handling, and site cleanup.
• Stock trucks with materials and organize tools/equipment.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones; flag/direct traffic as needed.
• Complete daily safety checks and required paperwork (timesheets, reports).
• Work safely and follow company safety policies; assist team to complete projects.
