B&A Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Cable Ground Hand to support our fiber optic and coaxial cable construction crews. This position assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure.

If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, we'd like to hear from you. Work involves outdoor environments, lifting up to 50 lbs, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fiber optic and coaxial cable installation and construction of underground infrastructure.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Help install conduit, pull cable, and prepare job sites.
• Perform digging, trenching, and general labor.
• Set up traffic control and maintain safe work zones.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
