Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut grass and trim weeds on city property and parks.
• Dig flower beds and plant flowers.
• Clean buildings, wash windows, and empty trash cans.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Operate a backhoe to dig trenches.
• Drive truck and haul debris and trash.
• Repair streets and sidewalks with asphalt and concrete.
• Snow and ice removal during winter.
• Maintain and repair municipal buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems.
• Repair or replace building brick, stone, and concrete.
• Maintain and repair wood parts of buildings.
• Replace worn parts as needed.
• Hand wash vehicles.
• Perform related tasks as required.
