Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager – Outdoor Specialty to lead the Outdoor business, manage 10 sales agencies nationwide, and drive brand growth.

Based in Baltimore with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office) and 30% travel, you will partner with Customer Service, Marketing, Product and Planning teams to deliver seasonal plans and forecasts. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in apparel Sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of apparel sales experience with independent rep groups and specialty retailers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Under Armour related business for Outdoor Specialty accounts – including direct management of 10 sales agencies nationwide.
• Drive growth with existing product lines and categories, and develop new business initiatives within this account.
• Provide daily service and support to the Director of Outdoor, as well as the Customer Service, Marketing, Product and Planning teams.
• Partner with Sales Planning to forecast units/revenue.
• Implement and execute seasonal brand/account marketing plans to drive brand conversion.
