Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager – Outdoor Specialty to manage the Outdoor business, coordinating with 10 nationwide agencies and driving growth through existing lines and new initiatives.

Responsibilities include daily support to the Outdoor Director and cross-functional teams, forecasting with Sales Planning, and executing seasonal marketing plans. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in apparel sales are required, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of apparel sales experience, preferably with independent reps and specialty retailers.
• Independent thinker, self-starter and team player.
• Confident in account presentations, both digital and in-person.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of outdoor industry and retailer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Under Armour outdoor specialty accounts, including 10 sales agencies nationwide.
• Drive growth with existing product lines and new initiatives within the account.
• Provide daily service and support to the Director of Outdoor and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning to forecast units and revenue.
• Implement seasonal brand/account marketing plans to drive brand conversion.
