Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Outdoor Specialty to drive growth across this fast-growing business segment. You will oversee 10 sales agencies nationwide, deliver seasonal presentations, manage orders, and coordinate account marketing and events from a central support role.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in apparel sales, strong presentation skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This role offers a hybrid schedule and attractive compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in apparel Sales preferably working with independent rep groups and specialty retailers.
• Independent thinker, self-starter, and true team player
• Confidence in account presentations both digitally and in-person.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of outdoor industry and retailer needs.
• Outdoor enthusiast a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Outdoor Specialty accounts including 10 sales agencies nationwide.
• Lead seasonal sales presentations and order bank management.
• Provide daily account support and commissions reconciliation.
• Coordinate trade shows, events and sample management.
• Forecast with Sales Planning and develop marketing plans.
