Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1+ years experience operating vehicles that require a CDL.

• Valid Class A or B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Collect refuse, recycling, yard waste, and bulk materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate and drive a rear-loading collection vehicle once licensed.
• Follow established collection routes and service schedules.
• Communicate effectively using two-way radios and written documentation.
• Complete daily survey sheets and vehicle inspection forms.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Assist teammates and cross-train in other Solid Waste operations as needed.
