Job summary

Kirkwood Fence in Valley Park, MO is seeking an Outdoor Service Coordinator to streamline client communication and coordinate with Sales, Production, and design teams. This in-person role focuses on organizing tasks, managing permits, and ensuring accurate documentation and payments.

You will book estimates via phone, chat, and email, maintain CRM records, and be the primary contact for customers to create a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams for all divisions.
• Provide excellent customer service to develop loyalty and enhance reputation.
• Process and collect payments in the database.
• Work with municipalities through the permit process.
• Attend weekly Customer Service & Production meetings.
• Book estimates for Design Specialists via phone, chat and email.
• Maintain job documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system and keep records up to date.
• Be the primary contact for customers to streamline the process.
