Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales professional in Pooler, GA. You’ll inspect, quote, and sell pest control solutions while building lasting customer relationships in the field. Training salary is provided with opportunities to earn commissions after training, plus a company vehicle and ongoing support.

We value independence, customer focus, and community involvement. A pesticide license within 90 days is encouraged, and a valid driver’s license is required to operate company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide quotes.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
