Responsibilities

• Hire, train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Create sales and merchandising programs to drive revenue.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels and store maintenance to support profitability.
• Manage store budget and review monthly P&L performance.
• Coordinate community events and in-store promotions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Represent the store in meetings with senior operations leadership.
