Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager capacity.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to developing people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to drive daily operations.
• Lead by example and coach the team on the sales floor.
• Contribute to local engagement efforts including events and volunteer initiatives.
