Peerless Fence Group is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to manage home consultations and drive local sales in Bloomington, IL. You will meet homeowners, assess backyard projects, and prepare proposals while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires self-motivation, teamwork, and strong communication skills. You will use Salesforce, follow a consultative selling approach, and work year-round in a dynamic, growth-focused team environment.
