Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs on a regular basis.
- Able to conduct safety inspections and address hazards.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning, repair, maintenance and installation services for commercial properties such as multi-family and HOA.
- Assist with gutter cleaning and repair, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, pressure washing, roof and window cleaning as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet safety and quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
