Job summary

BLUE WATER DESIGN BUILD LLC is seeking a part-time Multi-Family Grounds and Interior Maintenance Technician to care for outdoor spaces and common interiors across four buildings in Seattle Ballard.

The role covers landscaping, exterior cleaning, routine maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks. You will work with the property team and must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance and cleaning in multi-family residential settings preferred.
• Knowledge of common cleaning and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate maintenance and cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Physical fitness with ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and general landscaping.
• Perform exterior cleaning including painting, power washing, and repairs as needed.
• Clean common areas: hallways, lobbies, windows, elevators, doors.
• Assist with minor repairs: bulbs, plumbing, electrical issues.
• Ensure safety by keeping areas well-lit and hazard-free.
• Maintain maintenance and cleaning records and report supplies/equipment needs.
