Finnmark Property Services is seeking a Field Tech for a full-time position in Seattle, covering North/South areas. The role involves outdoor maintenance and a variety of cleaning, repair, and installation tasks for commercial properties such as multi-family and HOA.

Responsibilities

Provide cleaning, repair, maintenance and installation services for commercial properties such as multi-family and HOA.
Assist with gutter cleaning and repair, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, pressure washing, roof and window cleaning as needed.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet safety and quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
