Westfield Outdoors, Inc. seeks a Design Engineer to drive multi-category product development from concept through commercialization. You will design, prototype, document, and test products with global suppliers, working in our Indianapolis office.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/Creo), strong collaboration skills, and willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year. This is an in-office position based in Indianapolis.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of product development or engineering experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year.
• This role is based in Indianapolis with daily on-site presence.
