Job summary

Poolwerx is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial pools on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. You will receive paid training and a company vehicle with tools provided.

No prior pool experience is required—training is provided to learn water chemistry, equipment, and customer service while you work outdoors in varied locations.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required—we'll train you!
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
