Job summary

Poolwerx Murrieta is hiring a Pool Service Technician to maintain residential and commercial pools on a Monday–Friday schedule with paid training and a company vehicle.

No experience is required—we provide training and the tools you need. You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and help families and businesses enjoy their pools with confidence while learning new technical skills from a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required—we'll train you.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine and pH adjusters.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
