Job summary

Poolwerx Chapin is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial pools. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with no weekends, paid training, and a company vehicle.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you and supply all tools. You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and help families enjoy clean, safe pools. You’ll build lasting customer relationships and have opportunities to advance into leadership, repair, retail, or management roles as you gain skills.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pool maintenance services for residential and commercial customers.
• Service an established route of pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces; vacuum pools; empty baskets; clean filters.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, automation systems; report issues.
