Job summary

Poolwerx USA LLC is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial pools on a Monday-Friday schedule. You’ll start with paid training and a company vehicle, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

No prior pool experience is required; we provide the tools and training to help you succeed while you stay active outdoors and contribute to families and businesses enjoying their pools with confidence.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required—we'll train you!
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe, healthy water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine, sanitizer, pH adjusters, and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems for proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
