Poolwerx is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician in Prosper, TX. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid training, and a company vehicle. You will service residential and commercial pools and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• No pool service experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route of residential and commercial pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry to maintain safe water.
• Add and adjust pool chemicals including chlorine and algaecides.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile surfaces.
• Vacuum pools and remove debris.
• Inspect pumps, filters, and other equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work.
