Job summary

The City of Lenexa is seeking an Outdoor Pool Manager to oversee daily operations at its aquatic facilities, including staff supervision, program management, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for patrons.

You will train staff, manage inventory and financial reports, coordinate facility scheduling, and respond to issues promptly. The role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability and an ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Possess or obtain American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certifications before start date.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory credit history.
