Job summary

Town & Country Pools, Inc. is seeking Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our outdoor team. No experience is required—we provide full training. You’ll help keep pools clean, safe, and well-maintained and assist in seasonal openings and renovations as needed.

We offer a competitive starting wage, progression to higher pay after a provisional period, overtime opportunities, and a full benefits package for full-time staff. A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs weekly service on contracts.
• Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.
• Completes quality control punch list.
• Assists in construction service and renovation phases.
• Installs winter covers.
• Performs other duties as needed or requested.
