Job summary

Town & Country Pools in Springfield, VA is hiring a Pool Cleaning Technician. You’ll perform weekly service on contracts, assist in construction/renovation projects, and install winter covers. No experience is required as full training is provided.

This full-time role offers $18–$20 per hour during a provisional period with increases after completion, plus benefits, PTO, and overtime opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required and candidates must enjoy outdoor work.

Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our fantastic team. No experience? No problem! We provide full training. If you do have experience, that's a plus—but not required!
