Job summary

Town & Country Pools, Inc. is seeking a Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. No experience is required—we provide full training and you’ll work outdoors maintaining pools and performing routine tasks.

You’ll start with training during a provisional period at $18/hour, rising to $20/hour after completion, with overtime opportunities. Mon-Fri with some Saturdays during peak season; benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Eligible to drive with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Performs weekly service on contracts.
• Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.
• Completes quality control punch list.
• Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.
• Installs winter covers.
• Performs other duties as needed.
