Town & Country Pools is hiring Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our field team in Virginia. No experience is required as we provide full training; if you have previous pool experience it’s a plus but not necessary.

You’ll perform weekly service on contracts and assist in seasonal openings and closings while maintaining outdoor pools. This entry‑level role offers competitive pay starting at $18/hour during a provisional period, with increases to $20/hour after completion, overtime potential, and

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in pool cleaning is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs weekly service on contracts.
• Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.
• Completes quality control punch list.
• Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.
• Installs winter covers.
• Performs other duties as needed or requested.
