Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect, quote, and sell pest control services in the local community. You’ll travel to client sites, build relationships, and grow your customer base with ongoing training and support.

During training, the salary is $3,000 per month with potential to earn commissions afterward. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)

Responsabilités

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and skills.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
