Job summary

Mosquito Joe is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial properties in the Georgia area. The role involves safely operating a company vehicle, inspecting and treating outdoor pests, and communicating service expectations while maximizing upsell opportunities.

Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 60 lbs. Flexible hours and a 40-hour workweek are required, with industry-leading wages and a bonus structure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must carry and lift at least 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, at least 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to complete daily routes.
• Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests.
• Explain service expectations to customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by being professional in the field.
• Maintain chemical and operational records in accordance with state requirements.
• Handle pesticides in a safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
