Job summary

Reimagined Parking is recruiting a Parking Attendant / Ambassador to support Wai'anapanapa State Park. This part-time role emphasizes safety, guest assistance, and proactive service in a beautiful outdoor setting.

You will greet guests, guide them to available parking, patrol the lot, issue warnings when policies are violated, and coordinate with the Operations team. Flexibility across shifts, weekends, and holidays is required, with physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and walking long

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to verbally communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct visitors to available parking spaces or waiting areas.
• Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed; assist guests who have forgotten where they parked.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
