Job summary

Wash N Roll is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to engage customers at our locations, explain membership options, and guide guests toward the Wash N Roll program that best fits their lifestyle. You’ll help grow our membership base while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and create a welcoming experience.
• Educate customers about Wash N Roll membership options, benefits, and promotions.
• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend the appropriate membership.
• Confidently present and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage long-term membership retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.
• Work closely with the location team to provide an excellent overall customer experience.
• Represent the Wash N Roll brand professionally at all times.
• Participate in local marketing, promotional events, and community outreach as needed.
