Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor to engage customers outdoors and drive membership sign-ups. You will use strong communication to explain wash options and build rapport with guests, then guide vehicles through the wash and assist at the vacuums.

Experience in sales or customer service is great but not required; training is provided. Expect an active, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and seasonal earnings above base pay.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; customer-facing experience is helpful
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Outdoor work and staying active during shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and suggest the best wash and membership options
• Help customers sign up for memberships and explain benefits
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash and assist in the self-serve area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest
• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
