As a Security Officer Luxury Retail in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. We are seeking a highly professional and customer service oriented Security Officer to support a premier luxury retail environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where the Security Officer will be among the first points of contact for customers entering the store. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, common areas, and the perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with store personnel, mall management, visitors, and responding public service agencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
