Job summary

Rural King in Circleville, OH is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to help customers load purchases into their vehicles and support outdoor merchandising. You’ll price outdoor merchandise, assist with loading, and ensure a warm, inviting exterior presentation for shoppers.

In this role you’ll use standard retail equipment and work with a friendly team to deliver excellent service. The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive, customer-first approach in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds repetitively and operate basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Perform load outs and secure signatures on load tickets.
• Maintain clean exterior areas, pricing, and signage.
• Operate Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment safely.
• Participate in cross-training and training initiatives.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support.
• Uphold Rural King values in daily duties.
