Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store in Ohio is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to assist customers with loading their purchases and support outdoor merchandising. You will price outdoor items, unload deliveries, gather shopping carts, maintain a clean exterior, and help ensure a warm, inviting store entrance while following the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Collect customer signatures for load out tickets to confirm successful transactions.
• Perform load outs for customers from the store to their vehicles, ensuring safe loading.
• Adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide to maintain exterior presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing of outdoor products for customer convenience.
• Keep the parking lot, corral, and designated areas clean and well-maintained.
• Zone outdoor merchandising spaces to maintain an orderly display.
• Operate Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other tools as needed.
• Participate in cross-training and training initiatives to stay current.
