Job summary

Breeze Thru Car Wash in Greeley, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and coach team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This hands-on leadership role involves active problem solving and staying engaged with the team and customers.

You will work alongside the Site Manager, help manage staffing, safety, and maintenance, and contribute to ongoing development and leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Adjust staffing priorities during the day based on business needs
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and development opportunities
