Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Customer Service Attendants.

At Breeze Thru Car Wash, we’re a developmental company that happens to wash cars. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities

Physical Realities of the Job

This is a highly active, outdoor leadership role. You will:

• Stand for most of your shift
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bend, walk, climb, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
• Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
• Perform hands‑on operational and maintenance‑related tasks
• Occasionally work at heights or around mechanical systems
