Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing customer service staff.
• Ability to lead day-to-day site operations with a Site Manager.
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active throughout shifts.
• Comfort with hands-on maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager.
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Adjust staffing priorities based on business needs throughout the day.
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities.
