Qualifications

• Must have Breeze Thru Car Wash Basic Certification.
• Valid identification required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Attendants.
• Improve customer experience and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Handle staffing adjustments and daily problem solving.
• Participate in leadership meetings and training.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
