Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10- to 15-person team outdoors, driving excellent guest service and efficient car wash operations.

You'll work on a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities for growth into higher management roles, plus competitive hourly pay with weekly commission and a schedule of 35–45 hours per week, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees and promote teamwork and safety.
• Provide exceptional guest service through quality interactions.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, including landscaping and equipment rooms.
• Assist in limited admin tasks and quick equipment checks.
